How Long is Each Therapy Session?

Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes. 

Do you provide in person or online therapy?

All sessions are conducted via a safe, secure telehealth platform. It is super easy to access and allows for you to have your session within the comfort of your home.

What type of clients do you see?

My specialty is providing individual counseling sessions to teens (aged 18 and up), college students, and young adults.

Managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, school stress, healing your relationship with your body image, and boosting self worth is my jam. 

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is all about sharing your story, your "why" to starting the therapeutic process, and the goals you may have for working together. This is an opportunity to see if we may be a good fit (aka: the vibe). It is of the utmost importance to me for you to feel safe and comfortable. 

What if I am really nervous to reach out?

I totally understand where starting therapy can feel like one giant "AHHH" (*runs in opposite direction*). Reaching out for the first time is truly the hardest part. However, I can best describe therapy as a long awaited exhale, a space to come to when you simply need an extra layer of support.
