Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes.

What is the cost per session?

All individual therapy appointments are currently $150 per session. Enkindle Mental Health is a private pay, out-of-network provider for your confidentiality. We are able to provide a super-bill if you happen to have out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider.

Do you provide in-person or online therapy?

All sessions are conducted via a safe, secure telehealth platform. It is super easy to access and allows for you to have your session within the comfort of your home.

What type of clients do you see?

My specialty is providing individual counseling sessions to young adults and adults experiencing grief, breakups, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship care located in the state of Arizona or Florida.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is all about sharing your story, your "why" to starting the therapeutic process, and the goals you may have for working together. This is an opportunity to see if we may be a good fit (aka: the vibe). It is very laid back/conversational and meant to be a safe, comfortable environment to get to know one another.

What if I am really nervous to reach out?

I totally understand where starting therapy can feel like one giant "AHHH" (*runs in opposite direction*). Reaching out for the first time is truly the hardest part. However, I can best describe therapy as a long awaited exhale, a space to come to when you simply need an extra layer of support. If you are feeling nervous, I encourage you to schedule a free consultation or just to shoot me a message--I'd be more than happy to chat with you about any concerns you may have.
