Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (cbt)
A modality focused on looking at negative thought patterns (aka when your brain is being a total bully) and replacing them with more helpful, fact based thoughts.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (dbt)
DBT is skill and strategy based and focuses on important aspects of the mind such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, keeping steady relationships, and practicing acceptance.


Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (act)
ACT is built upon encouraging you to embrace your thoughts and feelings, instead of feeling as though you must always fight them.
Mindfulness
Strategies that focus on emotional regulation, keeping you grounded, calming you in times of anxiety, and overall keeping you, "you."
